21 Months Old!

Can you believe it? Another month has flown by. Our girl is 21 months old. With the holidays just around the corner I am already trying to start thinking about her birthday party, I can hardly believe that in 3 short months she will be 2 years old! I feel like she is doing something new every day. She is getting very good with her colors, letters and numbers. She can also tell you her full name, what state she lives in, who her mom and dad are, and what street she lives on. Daddy has trained her well, every time she sees a football she says "GO BROWNS!" and when she sees the Ohio State emblem she says "GO BUCKEYES!". haha. Daddy's little football fan already! Among all of these fantastic accomplishments, Delaney is also trying to drop her daily nap! Neither Mommy or Delaney are actually ready for this yet though! On the days that she does stay awake she is so tired by dinner time, I know she still needs the rest so we are still working through it. She still naps most days, but it is getting harder and is taking a lot longer to get her to fall asleep than it used to. I try to wear her out during the morning as much as possible so that she is tired by nap time. Other than that, Delaney is doing great! We are still working at potty training, and it is going very well. Her imagination is growing every day and it is just so much fun to see the things that she comes up with!
