Blogging!!

Just as a side note... I really enjoy having this website to keep everyone informed of what is going on in Delaney's life. I also love that I can document her life in this fashion and save it for her to look back on one day. I have never considered myself a computer illiterate person until I started doing this blog! Ugh! I can not seem to figure out for the life of me how to make this page look cute and organized like so many of my friend's blogs are. So, if you're reading this and you think you can help me PLEASE, Hear my cry and rescue my poor blog!!!!!
Whew, now that it's out of my system I feel much better now! Until my knight in shining blog armor comes along to save my layout I hope you will all still enjoy reading my updates and seeing the pics of Delaney as she grows. :)

17 Months Old!

Our beautiful girl turned 17 months old yesterday! She's getting smarter and funnier every day, I find myself enjoying my time with her even more now than ever (didn't think that was possible!). I love to listen to her repeat every last word she hears (which she does, all day long!), she recites her favorite books, builds towers with her blocks, counts to 10 on her own, and occasionally goes potty on her potty seat. I really couldn't ask for more, she's a joy to be around. Today we went to Winthrop Plaza and just walked around. Laney loves to watch the fountains. Afterwards we went and shared an ice cream. Playing Dress Up

So Delaney has been starting to get more into playing dress up. We had a playdate yesterday with Jolee (who LOVES playing dress up!) and ever since Laney has been wanting to wear her tutu, bracelets, hat, glasses, etc. Well, unlike Jolee who has a little sister to dress up, Laney only has us, so here are some pics of what happens at our house during dress up time!
